This month we will be supporting St. Jude Children’s Hospital by running 62 miles (the year St. Jude opened). We run to support the fight against childhood cancer & other life-threatening diseases.

Barbell & Interval
Team of 3 AMRAP 25
Partner 1 12/9 Calorie Bike or Ski
Partner 2: Max Bumper Ground to Overhead (45/25)
Partner 3: Rest

Partner 1 rotates to “Rest Station” after completing calories & all partners rotate. Score = total team bumper G2OH.
